Australian children’s book author, illustrator and visual storyteller. I weave magic, creativity and fun into all I do.

Lillian Rabbit was an exceptionally punctual student at the Woodland Grove Schoolhouse. She had only been attending for no more than two full moons and was never a minute late. To her headmistress’s delight, she kept to herself, never made a fuss and could count up to ten with very little help. She would arrive before class started and was out the door at precisely 3pm each day.

It’s been six months since I moved interstate and while I’m definitely not a Wollongong local I personally feel like I qualify as ‘settled in’. Life changes aren’t always easy but they can be just what we need. I share my reflections on what the last few months of life has looked like.

After years of overlapping my vision boards between life and business, this year I’m changing my approach. Setting health boundaries and separating the two for more thoughtful and intentional creation. I’ve outlined my step-by-step guide with insights into the fun and crafty ritual of visual manifesting.

One Facebook message in late 2022 turned into a Christmas tradition and a very special holiday surprise for the patients in the Specialty Care Nursery of Grampians Health Ballarat.

Sometimes grief comes to the Christmas feast-filled table unexpectedly. Other times it appears wrapped neatly under the tree for all to see. The holidays can be a wonderful and joy-filled time of year and for others experiencing the loss of a loved one, it can be one of the most emotionally challenging. For some kids this might be their first holidays without their loved one and this might change how they feel and react to the season.

Create a thoughtful new Christmas tradition with a gratitude tree. Everyday you write what you’re grateful for on each card. Display each date in any shape you want, I went with a christmas tree advent calendar approach but the world is your oyster. Download my FREE printable version to create holiday memories of gratitude at home.
